Cancellation & No-Show Policy

By booking through the Boulevard platform and Duet Salon, you agree to the following terms:

• Cancellations & Reschedules made at least 48 hours in advance will not incur a fee.

• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice) and last-minute cancellations and reschedules will be charged a $100 fee.

• No-shows will also be charged a $100 fee.

• Appointment reminders are sent via SMS and email. Failure to confirm may result in your slot being given to another client.
